"emergency service" is any service reqired to be done outside of normal business hours. Plotkin Software LLC may optionally render services outside of normal buiness hours as non-emergency service, solely at the disgression of Plotkin Software LLC. Any services required by the client to be done outside of normal business hours will otherwise be classified as emergency services.
"Normal business hours" are 9am to 5pm (Eastern Standard Time EST), Monday through Friday, excluding the following federal holidays:
